Dine Crafted

Own the business. Not the daily chaos.

Build + Operate is our flagship model. The investor owns the business while Dine Crafted acts as the operating partner behind it.

Who does what.

Clear lines keep an owner informed and an operator accountable.

You keep

  • Ownership of the business and brand
  • Capital and major commercial decisions
  • Final say on direction and expansion
  • Full visibility of the numbers

Dine Crafted runs

  • Daily outlet management
  • Team, rosters and training
  • Vendors, inventory and cost control
  • Marketing, marketplaces and reviews

An operating rhythm, not occasional check-ins.

Every day

Sales, staffing, stock, wastage, service issues and new reviews are watched and acted on at the outlet.

Every week

Food cost, labour, marketplace performance and campaigns are reviewed against plan and corrected early.

Every month

You receive a clear report on revenue, costs and profitability, with the decisions that need your input.

Every quarter

Operational audits, menu reviews and growth planning keep the business improving rather than just running.

Your café shouldn't depend on one chef.

Questions we hear first.

Who employs the staff?

That is set out in the commercial agreement for each project, along with who holds which responsibilities.

Can you manage an outlet you didn't build?

Yes, subject to a review of the business. Managed operations for existing outlets usually begin with an audit of costs, team and systems.

How much control do I give up?

You remain the owner. The agreement defines which day-to-day decisions we take and which come to you.

How is the engagement priced?

It depends on the outlet, its scope and its location. We share commercial terms after understanding the project.

Have a location, an idea, or just an investment budget?

Let's determine what makes commercial sense before you spend.
